No athlete is the same, everyone has their own abilities and strengths – my role is to tap your abilities and show you what you can really do. Trust and have faith in the process. I believe that listening and understanding my athletes and following them in their journey.

My coaching plans are one on one with the athlete plus having access to Training Peaks which will allow me to monitor and track my athlete’s progress and provide feedback.

Plans may adapt as you progress and they are catered to you and you only. It may vary if you have had a very long race or if you had a week of meetings – we will communicate and I can see what is best for you.
